After a successful tailgating venture during the Class 5A playoffs last year, Marion football fans will be able to tailgate at Wildcats home games this year.

Passes good for Marion's five home games are on sale at the high school athletics office for $25 and will go on sale Monday, Aug. 25. Tailgaters will also be able to purchase passes at the season-opening game Friday, Aug. 29, against Granite City.

Tailgaters will be allowed on the band practice area on the west side of the football field at 5 p.m.
